The SPCE-SEC invites the research community to discuss and deepen the theme: "Renewing the Social Contract for Education: Navigating Possible Futures".

Proposals should align with one of the thematic topics outlined in this Symposium. At the time of ABSTRACT SUBMISSION, all authors must adhere to the REGISTRATION GUIDELINES.

Presentation Types


- Oral Presentation

- Thematic Panel

Key Rules


Each participant may appear as the first author in only TWO submissions (including oral presentations and thematic panels).

Submission and presentation languages: Portuguese, Spanish, English, or French.

ORAL PRESENTATION


Maximum number of authors: 4

Indicate the preferred language for the presentation.

Formatting is automatically managed by the submission platform.

Maximum word count: 300

Keywords: 3

Names or educational institutions cannot be referenced in the abstract body. The review process is blind, so it is not necessary to include a CV with the submission. Author information will not be disclosed at any stage of the review.

THEMATIC PANEL


A panel consists of a group of papers that are related to each other by the theme discussed.

The author submitting the panel may or may not be an author/member of the panel.

Panel Composition


Each thematic panel must include a minimum of 3 abstracts and a maximum of 5 abstracts.

- Contributors: Authors must represent at least three different institutions.

- Indicate the preferred language for the panel.

- Formatting is automatically managed by the submission platform.

Submission Process


- Log in and in your personal area select the “ Abstracts ‘ tab and then the ’ Panel ' option in the left side menu.

- Select “+ add Panel”

- Fill in all the required fields, taking into account the maximum number of words in each field and/or the information available.

- Once submitted, the panel will be visible in the personal area of all identified members. The works associated with the panel can be submitted by the member who submitted the panel, or by any of the other identified members.

- Papers are submitted in the “Abstracts” tab in the information section of the respective panel, by clicking on the “Add Abstract” button.
