Online Access

Access to the parallel sessions of presentation of communications taking place online is done via the congress website, in each participant's personal area, using the email and password created for registration.

Participation implies a complete and valid registration.

To participate online, select the LOGIN button in the upper right corner of the congress website.
Click on “Sessions” on the left side menu of your personal area. On the days of the congress you will be shown a list of the sessions taking place. Simply choose the session and press the “ENTER” button.

As for the other sessions with online transmission, all participants with valid registration will receive links to access the transmission. Please check the program to find which sessions will have online transmission.

Audio, video and presentation sharing tests

To ensure that your presentation runs smoothly, we suggest that you do an audio, video and file sharing test beforehand.

To do this, select the LOGIN button in the upper right corner of the congress website.
Click on “Sessions” on the left side menu of your personal area.
Enter the “Test Session (Audio, Video and File Sharing)” session.

The test session will be available from 10 to 15 July.

To ensure that your presentation runs smoothly, please note the following requirements:

• - Stable internet access;
• - Microphone and camera;
• - We recommend the use of headphones with a microphone (not mandatory);
• - Use of Google Chrome or FireFox.
