Presentation Guidelines

You can request a Letter of Acceptance by contacting the secretariat via the email address provided at the top of the website.

Each participant may present up to two proposals, including oral presentations and panel contributions.

Authors presenting in person should bring their presentation file with them on a flash drive.
For online presentations, the presentation file must be submitted in the personal area, next to the submitted abstract information, in the ‘Presentation files’ tab, by July 16.

Oral Communications: Paper proposals will be organized into thematic sessions by the Scientific Committee. Each session will last 90 minutes and include 15-minute presentations followed by a final discussion.

Thematic Panels: The panel coordinator will also serve as the session moderator during the Symposium. The time allocated for panel presentations is managed by the panel's authors, within the constraints of a 90-minute session, which must also include time for the final discussion.

All authors of accepted proposals will be invited to submit their papers for peer review, with the opportunity for publication in one of three Comparative Education journals:

• - Articles of 6,000 words in Global Comparative Education: Journal of the WCCES. This journal accepts submissions for publication in any of the six official languages of the United Nations (namely, Arabic, English, Chinese, French, Russian, and Spanish).
• - Short articles of 3,000 words in World Voices Nexus: The WCCES Chronicles
• - Articles of at least 6,000 words may be included in one or more volumes of the WCCES Brill-Sense book series.
• - A Portuguese edition will also be published - Further details will be provided soon.

The publication of full texts is subject to a rigorous peer-review process. The presented works and their content are the sole responsibility of the authors.
